Fhil Vella has built a well-rounded and rewarding career in real estate, driven by a genuine passion for the industry and a natural ability to keep things running smoothly. Originally from Sydney, he made the move to Ballarat in his late twenties on a bit of a whim — a decision that quickly turned into a career path he hasn’t looked back from.

What started as an administration role soon grew into something much bigger. Over the years, Fhil has worn many hats, from managing trust accounts and leading departments to driving business development and even helping launch a brand-new office from the ground up. Along the way, he’s developed a strong understanding of what makes a real estate business tick and enjoys creating simple, effective systems that make life easier for both his team and clients.

Before stepping into real estate, Fhil worked in finance as an executive assistant and in share trading — experience that sharpened his eye for detail and strong organisational skills, both of which he brings to his role today.

He holds a Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice and thrives on the variety the industry offers. For Fhil, no two days are ever the same, and that’s exactly what keeps things interesting.

Outside of work, Fhil enjoys unwinding with a good book, gaming, swimming, or hitting the gym. He values time with friends and, above all, loves spending time with his much-loved dog.
