About Mitch
Mitch began his career in the real estate industry in early 2024, driven by a lifelong exposure to property through his family. Both Mitch's parents and grandparents have been heavily involved in real estate, particularly investment properties, and growing constant discussions of the market sparked his own interest in the industry. Having lived in approximately 16 different properties across Victoria, he has developed a strong appreciation for property and the impact it has on people’s lives.
Mitch was born in Bacchus Marsh, grew up primarily in Bendigo, and later moved to Ballarat, where has lived since. While completing his VCE Year 12 studies, Mitch worked as a casual employee at Ryan’s IGA and also on weekends with Ballarat Real Estate. After finishing school, Mitch transitioned directly into his current role as a Property Management Associate.
Mitch holds a Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice and is passionate about continuing to develop his skills and knowledge within the industry. In his role as a Property Management Associate, Mitch particularly enjoys working closely with colleagues and clients, learning the ins and outs of property management and real estate as a hole, and contributing to a collaborative, hardworking team environment that supports shared success.
Outside of work, Mitch's interests include track and road cycling, gym training, and following sports such as footy, basketball, and rugby league. Mitch enjoys listening to music and podcasts, especially content focused on productivity and self-improvement. Mitch is an avid cycling fan, with Mathieu van der Poel as his favourite cyclist, and he proudly supports the Western Bulldogs.
