Her love of exploring homes and supporting clients through every stage of their property journey made property management a natural and rewarding career choice.

Having lived in the Ballarat area for the past six years after growing up in the Yarra Valley, Chantelle has developed a strong connection to the local community and a clear understanding of the region.

Chantelle’s career journey reflects her strong work ethic and versatility. She began working at McDonald’s at just 14 years old before moving on to Crown Casino as a croupier at 18. From 2014 to 2025, Chantelle worked in retail, where she gained extensive experience across administration, sales, and ultimately store management. This diverse background has equipped her with exceptional organisational, communication, and customer service skills.

She holds a Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice and thrives in the varied and fast-paced nature of property management, enjoying the opportunity to engage with landlords, tenants, and trades alike while delivering positive outcomes for all parties.

Outside of work, Chantelle is a proud wife and mum to three wonderful children. Family time is incredibly important to her, and she enjoys visiting local markets, spending time at home, and heading away on camping trips together. When it comes to sport, Chantelle is a passionate NRL supporter and proudly follows the Penrith Panthers.
