Ron Morrison is the Managing Director of the company and holds a Diploma in Accountancy as well as being a fully licensed Real Estate Agent. He has been active in the real estate industry since May, 1976. Ballarat Real Estate Pty Ltd has grown to become one of the largest, if not the largest real estate agencies in Ballarat. We believe our reputation is second to none.

Allister commenced work with Ballarat Real Estate Pty Ltd some 8 years ago, having graduated from Melbourne University with a Bachelor of commerce degree majoring in marketing and accounting. Allister is well placed to provide our clients with a marketing edge. Allister also holds a Bachelor of Business in Property Valuations and is a member of the Australian Property Institute. Allister is heavily involved in the Ballarat Community both as the founding President of the Rotary Club of Ballarat Young Ambition and as a director of the Ballarat Community Enterprise. Allister is the Branch Manager of our successful Maryborough office which is proudly known as Maryborough - Ballarat Real Estate.

Colin was appointed Manager of our vast Commercial Division in February, 2003. Col has forty years experience in Banking with National Australia Bank; the last twelve of those years as Regional Business Manager, Ballarat based and covering area from Melton to Bordertown, and business, commercial and rural property at all levels. Talking to and listening to people, gathering information and making commonsense and commercial decisions has been an integral part of his 58 years. Col is heavily involved in local activities in Ballarat. He has served as Treasurer of the Rotary House project; he was secretary of the Rotary Club of Ballarat, Chairman, Committee and Treasurer of Rotary District 9780 Conference 2002. Col is also chairman of a Ballarat Grammar School Company and on the Finance Committee.

Christopher joined our successful rental management team in early 2005 after spending the last thirteen years in Queensland. Christopher has completed a Course in Property through the University of Ballarat, and is the first person in Ballarat to complete the new Agents Representative course. He has returned home to Ballarat and is expecting a challenging and rewarding career in Real Estate, and particularly property management. With a commitment to all property owners and a dedication of time and effort, owners can rest assured that their investments are being looked after.

Front Office Manager
Celeste is our friendly receptionist/telephonist. She always has a smile for owners and tenant. She is also involved with all the clerical operations of our agency and provides good backup support for our Advertising Department.

Jan Franklin
Administration and Sales Support
Jan has been a valuable member of our team since we commenced business in 1983. She assists the sales team with contracts and clerical matters involving sales. She is also involved in clerical work and some property management matters.

Rubina Attwood

Rubina is our very efficient Trust Accounting officer and provides support to our rental and sales departments. Rubina is very skilled in office administration and has a strong attention to detail.
