Ron Morrison
As well as managing both the residential sales and management aspects of the firm Ron is also heavily involved in all aspects of our commercial department. Having gained significant experience in all aspects of commercial sales through many years of working in the real estate industry he ensures that only the highest prices are achieved for our clients whilst providing professional service. Ron holds a Diploma in Accountancy as well as being a fully licensed Real Estate Agent and Auctioneer.
Colin McIntosh
Colin McIntosh is the Manager of the BRE Commercial Division. Colin has had 40 years experience in banking, much of which was in a management role and later Regional Business Manager with the National Australia Bank. As Regional Business Manager he has had much experience working with businesses and associated involvement with commercial real estate. The combination of experience and professional attention from Col, together with Ballarat Real Estate’s top location, hometown name and open Sundays guarantees you the best result. Andrew Graham
Andrew is a well know local identity in the Ballarat Central Highlands Region.Prior to joining the team at Ballarat Real Estate, Andrew had extensive management experience and a proven history of sales and marketing in the retail sector.
Andrew holds an advanced certificate in management skills, his qualifications combined with his experience means that he understands the needs and desires of individuals seeking to buy a business or invest in commercial properties.
Andrew has a strong belief in customer satisfaction and will extend himself beyond normal standards to achieve this.
Andrew is an active person and is heavily involved in local football. Andrew’s community involvement has included sponsorship and support to local sporting teams and associations.
Allister Morrison
Allister commenced work with Ballarat Real Estate Pty Ltd some 8 years as a commercial consultant with our commercial manager and director. Allister is now the Branch Manager of our Maryborough Office and consults regularly with our commercial team given his outstanding knowledge or commercial and industrial property. Having graduated from Melbourne University with a Bachelor of Commerce degree majoring in marketing and accounting Allister is well placed to provided our clients with a marketing edge.
Allister has also completed a Specialist Bachelor of Business in Property where he majored in Property Valuations. Allister is also a member of the Australian Property Institute and is a fully licensed real estate agent.
